General Warranty Terms and Conditions

– udemandme.com is not obliged to notify any Buyer, or future Buyer about any possible amendments of this limited warranty regarding the  product.  All warranty conditions and terms are subject to change without prior notice.

– The warranty period will expire automatically even if The product has not been fully used or installed during The warranty period.

– In the event of repair or replacement, the original remaining warranty period (if any) would continue and be applicable to the repaired or replaced udemandme.com supplied product in whole and would not set in motion a new warranty period.

– The warranty period ends according to the first invoice date there is no additional warranty or warranty period granted.  

– This product warranty does not cover any transportation/shipment cost for return of the Product(s), or for re-shipment of any repaired or replaced Product(s) or cost associated with installation, removal or reinstallation of the Product(s) or damage to any material.

– Any service available outside of United Arab Emirates will be charged extra and will be governed by the UAE Law rules and Regulations

– The supplier shall not be liable for product failure to comply with the warranty for The defect arises because The Buyer failed to follow The Suppliers oral or written instructions as to The storage, commissioning, installation, use and maintenance of The Products or (if there are none) good trade practice regarding The same.

– The supplier shall not be liable for product failure to comply with the warranty if the Products differ from their description or the Specification as a result of changes made to ensure they comply with applicable statutory or regulatory requirements.

DEWALT Service will repair, without charge, any defects due to defective materials or workmanship, within 1 years from date of purchase.

Repair will only be done by the Dewalt Authorised Service Center in United Arab Emirates.

  •  The Warranty does not cover part failure due to excessive wear and tear or tool misuse.

( Wear & Tear refers to the number of hours and/or the environment that a product has been used in; this can affect: Armature Commutators, Bearings, Switches, Beat Pieces, Clutches, Gear & Pinion, Gearcase, Brushes, Chucks, Clamshells, Cord sets, Rubber parts and Attachments (Battery, Charger, Guard, Flanges … etc.)

  •  The warranty does not apply where repairs have been attempted by unauthorised persons
  •  Not covered:

–    Extreme impacts or drops

–    Ingestion of foreign objects (i.e.  Nails, screws … etc)

–    Using tool for non-intended application

–    Any modification to the tool

–    Prolonged exposure to the extreme weather conditions

–    Wrong voltage

–    Using incorrect accessories or attachments

–    Lack of recommended service (especially hammers)

Black & Decker Warranty Terms & Conditions

Black & Decker is confident of the quality of its products and offers an outstanding guarantee for users of the product. This guarantee statement is in addition to, and in no way prejudices your contractual rights. The guarantee is valid within the territories of the Member States of the European Union and the European Free Trade Area.

If your Black & Decker product becomes defective due to faulty materials or lack of conformity within 12 months from the date of purchase, Black & Decker guarantees to replace all defective parts, repair products, subjected to fair wear and tear, to make sure of the minimum inconvenience to the customer, unless:

The product has not been used for trade, professional or hire purposes.

The product has been subject to misuse or neglect.

The product has sustained damage through foreign objects, substances or accidents.

Makita Warranty Terms & Conditions

All tools are thoroughly inspected before leaving the factory. if there is any abnormality in the tool or any defect observed while using the tools, bring the tool to the nearest service center for inspection. If there is any defect due to workmanship or defective material, the tool will be serviced at complaints cost in the warranty period provided the tool is used as mentioned in the owner’s manual.The tool should be maintained and serviced as described in the manual. Failure of maintenance or the fault is due to wrong application, warranty will be void. Please read the manual carefully & familiarise before using the tool.

Main spare parts like armature, stator & Carbon Bush will not be considered more than once under warranty

Repair will only be done by the Makita Authorised Service Center in United Arab Emirates.

In no event shall Makita will be liable for any direct, incidental or consequential damages from the sale or use of the product.

Esab Warranty Terms & Conditions

What’s covered by the ESAB Warranty?

The ESAB Warranty covers every piece of ESAB welding equipment, every filler metal, every gas apparatus, and every plasma machine – every product that ESAB sells,  excluding the following: mechanized cutting machines, scarfing machines, automation equipment, spare parts, consumables, special orders, re-manufactured items, minimum run products, and freight damage.

Product warranty periods.

Properly stored ESAB filler metals are warranted to be fully serviceable and free from any defects in materials or workmanship for one full year after the date of purchase. The warranty period for ESAB welding equipment starts on the invoice date of purchase by the original end user, or from the date of manufacture if the original invoice cannot be produced.

Repair will only be done by the Esab Authorised Service Center in United Arab Emirates.

ESAB FILLER METAL WARRANTY STATEMENT

ESAB filler metals are guaranteed from defects in material or workmanship and will conform with ESAB’s published product specifications for 12 months after the date of purchase, provided that the products are stored and maintained in accordance to ESAB’s Storage Guidelines (Document GEN-27116/NA/EN/03-14-18). This warranty does not cover defects derived from the filler metal selection or from the welding operations, which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and may have an effect in the product’s performance. In case of warranty breach, ESAB will have the right to exchange, or accept the return by the Purchaser of existing inventory and issue credit at the price paid by the Purchaser, plus any shipping costs incurred by the purchaser in connection with the purchase of such Product after ESAB has had the opportunity to analyze the claim. No products may be returned to ESAB without ESAB’s written authorization.

* ESAB strongly recommends the use of original equipment replacement parts for its equipment. While the use of aftermarket parts does not automatically void ESAB’s warranties for its equipment, any obligations arising from ESAB’s warranty will be voided if the design, manufacture, or composition of parts or components not manufactured by ESAB are a material cause of the malfunction or poor performance of (or damage to) the equipment.

Filing an ESAB Warranty claim.

For all warranty claims, Buyer should contact ESAB with all relevant details such as ESAB part number, manufacturing date code, heat and control numbers, serial number, complete description of the difficulty encountered, length of time in service, the conditions under which the Goods failed, and original purchase price paid.

If a returned Good is determined to have failed for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship within the scope of the warranty policy or if the applicable warranty has expired, Buyer will be contacted for disposition. If such a Good is to be returned to Buyer, freight charges will be borne by Buyer, and Buyer also will be billed for any “no charge” replacement Goods supplied during the investigation of the complaint.

CFC Warranty Terms and Conditions

CFC Professional Tools, a brand of Chee Fatt Co Pte Ltd warrants any of its CFC Professional Tools branded products for the useful life of the product against defects in material or workmanship.

THIS WARRANTY

Is subjected to the disclaimers and limitations described below and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Does not extend to products that have been improperly used, altered, or repaired by any entity other than CFC.

Does not cover damages due to ordinary wear and tear.

Does not extend to any claim for incidental, consequential, or special damages.

CFC Professional Tools makes no representations beyond those contained in this Warranty.

Employees and agents of CFC Professional Tools have no authority to make representations of any sort beyond those contained in the Warranty

EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND CLAIM PROCEDURE

Distributors of record must act as return agent.

The exclusive remedy under this warranty for products determined to be deficient in materials or workmanship by CFC is repair or replaced with a reconditioned tools of equal value by CFC.

The selected remedy is at the sole discretion of CFC.  In no event shall CFC be responsible for more than the original purchase price of the product.
