Returns & Replacements

Our full effort is to give the client what is required by them and give as much information available to us about the product.

In case of any manufactured defect in the product brought to our knowledge by email or whatsapp within 3 working days of the delivery of the product then that product will be sent for approval from the manufacturer and within 3 working days the approval will be communicated to the client. If the product to be replaced then it will be replace free of cost within normal delivery time frame and if product not available in stock then the amount will be reimbursed within 15 working days by the same mode of payment. If payment is made in cash then the amount will be reimbursed within 3 working days. Request you to send back the product in its Original Packing with all accessories, instruction booklets, etc. that came along with the pack (if any).

Return of the Product will be made in the condition that if the product is in the same condition in which it was delivered and unpacked and requested by the client for its return within 3 working days. Shipment Cost will not be reimbursed and  deducted from the order amount and the balance amount will be reimbursed within 15 days of receiving the material. The material to be delievered by the client at our specific points in UAE or if the client want wants to have the material picked by us then half of the shipment cost given at the time of delivery will be charged extra and will be deducted from the ordered amount.
