Udemandme.com – Refund — Returns —- Replacements — Cancellation Policy
Our full effort is to give the client what is required by them and give as much information available to us about the product. Problem/Replacement/Return request can be made through Whatsapp/Email or contact us on our Dashboard.
Return of the unused Product will be made in the condition that if the product is in the same condition in which it was delivered and unpacked and requested by the client for its return within 3 working days.
In case of any manufactured defect in the product brought to our knowledge by email or whatsapp within 5 working days of the delivery of the product then that product will be sent for approval from the manufacturer and within 3 to 5 working days the reply by the company will be communicated to the client.
In the following instances, if
- The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
- The product is defective.
- The product was damaged in shipping.
- The product is tampered
The customer should inform udemandme.com along with complaint request and photos by whatsappe/Email within 12 working hours of receipt of material. and the proper action will be taken on priority basis and the management will decide if the product to be replaced or reimbursement to be made and will be communicated to the client within 36 working hours of receipt of the complaint.
If the product to be replaced then it will be replace free of cost within normal delivery time frame and if product not available in stock then the amount will be reimbursed as follows :
- Within 3 to 5 working days.
If payment is made by cash.
If Payment is made by Credit/Debit Card swapping at the time of Delivery.
If Payment is made by Net Banking.
- With 10 to 15 Working Days
If the Payment is made with Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking online.
All the Payment ’Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment” .
Request you to send back the product in its Original Packing with all accessories, instruction booklets, etc. that came along with the pack (if any).
Shipment Cost in any case will not be reimbursed and deducted from the order amount and the balance amount subject to approval will be reimbursed after receiving the material.
The material to be delivered by the customer at our specific points in UAE or if the client wants to have the material picked by us then half of the shipment cost given at the time of delivery will be charged extra and will be deducted from the ordered amount.
All these terms are subject to approval by www.udemandme.com management.
The time period will be calculated after only after approval.

Amount In Wallet :
Customer can use there wallet for any purchases they want.
Any amount given as discount will be added in the wallet only after the expiry of the return period of the product.
Any loyalty reward amount equivalent given will be added in the wallet only after the expiry of the return period of the product.
For any replacement after management approval the amount to be returned will be added in the wallet and the Customer can use for any next purchases.
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 15 days for the refund transfer to be completed
No cash reimbursement will be made for the amount in case of cancellation or return and the refund amount will be added to the the Walletof customer account for next purchases .
If the Customer want to put the amount in the wallet then they can send it by net banking and send the whatsapp with your registered mobile number along with slip and the amount will be reflected in the wallet with 12 working hours of receipt.
