WARRANTY

If there is any defect in goods with in the warranty period . You can send your request to udemandme.com and all your problems will be taken care of on priority basis.

The warranty on the product is against any manufacturing defects and general performance and any Returns/Refunds/Replacement/Repairs will be provided by the manufacturer or there authorised service center of manufacturer within the warranty period subject to certain terms and conditions as per the manufactuer.

udemandme.com is not having any repair service workshop. But for your convenience – pickup and delivery charges will be charged and we are at your service

GENERAL TERMS :

The warranty of the product does not extend to any claim for incidental, consequential, or special damages.

udemandme.com is not having any Repair/Service workshop. But for your convenience – pickup and delivery service can be provided to our Clients . Extra Charges will be charged for Pickup and Delivery , and we are always at your service.

We have enough material in stock ! But due to any unavoidable reason if there is any delay or Out of stock , it will be informed to our Clients within 6 to 12 working Hours of your order Ordered .

All efforts will be made to notify you within 6 working hours of our delivery Schedule against your order to your goodself by Whatsapp/Email .

Working hours time to be taken as : 09.00 am to 06 pm ! From Saturday to Thursday .

General Warranty Information

Note : Order will be taken as per First Order First consider basis.If due to any reason,there is short in stock or stock Finished, it will be notified within 12 working hours of your order and in case of cancell/amendment of order, the mode of return of payment will be same as the mode of payment made ( Credit/Debit Card return Payment will take from 5 to 10 working days from the date of return approval).

Any extra tool/forklift/manpower required to unload material at site to be arranged and paid by customer.

* Warranty Or Terms and Conditions will be as per the Product Purchased Company terms and conditions.

Are batteries needed to power the product or is this product a battery : No

Is this a Dangerous Good or a Hazardous Material, Substance or Waste that is regulated for transportation, storage, and/or disposal? : No

Note : If any product price value is Zero then it is by clerical error and that item along with qty will be deleted from the order without any notification to the customer.
